Aebi Schmidt Supplies Hydraulic and Interchangeable Frame Systems for 123 German Federal Motorway Maintenance Vehicles

09/07/2026—Frauenfeld, Switzerland, July 9, 2026 – Aebi Schmidt Holding AG (NASDAQ: AEBI) (“Aebi Schmidt Group” or the “Company”), a world-class specialty vehicles leader, has been awarded a contract worth approximately €10m to supply hydraulic and interchangeable frame systems for 123 motorway maintenance vehicles for Die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes. Aebi Schmidt acts as key subcontractor to main contractor Iveco. All vehicles will be delivered by the end of 2027.

Aebi Schmidt Group (NASDAQ: AEBI) and Yeti Move are joining forces to bring airside operations into an autonomous future. The partnership covers winter fleets in North America with exclusivity in the US market and ensures key collaboration across selected markets in Europe and Japan. Vehicles from the Schmidt and MB brands will be equipped with Yeti Move's software platform, increasing safety and operational readiness in all weather conditions.

Aebi unveils the new TT 212

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Terratrac, Aebi has unveiled the new TT 212. Built on a completely new vehicle platform, the successor to the TT 211+ delivers increased performance, enhanced operator comfort and improved safety. New axles, an electronically controlled hydrostatic drive system and a modern operator interface with a 12-inch touchscreen ensure smooth handling, excellent stability and maximum efficiency. Higher lifting capacity and greater lateral travel of the front linkage further expand the machine’s versatility across a wide range of applications. Production is scheduled to begin later in 2026, and orders can be placed immediately. The TT 212 has also been selected as a finalist for the Tractor of the Year 2027 award.

How does an airport north of the Arctic Circle prepare for winter?

Winter in Greenland means extreme conditions. Snow, cold and wind dominate daily life including airport operations. In Ilulissat, a new and longer runway is currently being built, transforming the site into an international airport for all of Greenland. In future, the number of aircraft movements will increase significantly and this places high demands on winter service technology and on the team operating it.
