Monroe ｜Spreader｜MDV

The MDV spreader is constructed from 201 Stainless steel, 304 stainless steel, or powder coated carbon steel to ensure the spreader will withstand corrosion and wear. The hopper sizes available range from 8 to 11 feet in length, with a capacity of 3.5–8.0 cubic yards. The MDV spreader features a shell with 45-degree sloped sides and 10-gauge longitudinals for structural strength. The conveyor system is available in two configurations: a 1.25-inch drive/idler shaft with a 6-tooth cast iron sprocket or a 6-inch diameter and 4-inch pitch for the MDV Hydraulic Auger.

Equipped with a 13.5-inch spreading disc and available in mild steel, stainless steel, or polyethylene. The spinner is powered by a hydraulic motor and chain drive, allowing precise material distribution. The Bolt-On spinner is available in a standard size or a 12-inch extended version. Optional upgrades include an 18-inch disc and a tip-up spinner.

Supports pre-wet applications at 4 GPM and 7 GPM flow rates. Compatible with 75-gallon and 100-gallon tank options to enhance ice control effectiveness and reduce material usage.

Available mounting kits include self-loading leg kits, hook loaders, and tailgate latch kits for flexible, secure installation on a variety of medium-duty trucks.

Optional add-ons include top grates, inverted V kits, winch kits, light bars, grease extension kits, pre-wet kits, tank kits, spinner assemblies, and engine hood kits for expanded functionality.
