The C-Style plow is the most versatile, general-purpose solution, designed for a wide range of plowing applications. Its full trip and trip edge options allow the plow to safely ride over obstacles and quickly return to the plowing position, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted operation. The C-Style moldboard profile delivers reliable performance across varying conditions.

Trip Options

Multiple trip systems are available to protect both the plow and the vehicle:

• The full trip option allows the entire moldboard to tilt forward when encountering an obstacle (image 1)
• The trip edge design permits only the cutting-edge sections to fold back (image 2)
• For maximum adaptability, the dual trip combines both approaches, ensuring smooth operation across challenging surfaces (image 3)

Moldboard Options

The C-Style plow is available with multiple moldboard skin options to suit different operational needs:

• 10GA GR50 Steel
• 3/16" GR50 Steel
• 3/8" UHMW Poly Over 10GA GR50 Steel

A lower curl moldboard/non-integral shield is ideal for lighter-duty applications (non-IS, image 1). An optional integral shield higher curl moldboard (IS, image 2) improves snow curling and prevents blow-over enhancing driver visibility.

Designed for high-speed rural use on paved roads, the Deep C-Style plow handles heavy snow volumes with ease. Its deep moldboard curl helps prevent snow from blowing over the plow, maintaining clear visibility.

Trip Options

The Deep C-Style plow offers the full trip option which allows the whole plow moldboard to tilt forward until the cutting-edge slides over the obstruction.

The J-Style plow is designed for use in metropolitan areas on paved roads. It discharges snow rapidly to the ground rather than casting it away, helping to prevent damage from thrown snow and avoid covering sidewalks and driveways. The trip edge allows the plow to trip over immovable objects and return to the plowing position once the obstacle is cleared, supported by zero insertion force trip sections.

The trip edge design allows the cutting-edge sections to fold back upon impact, protecting both the plow and the vehicle.

The EXT (Extension spring) plow is designed for operators who require adjustable performance across varying snow conditions. Its adjustable moldboard attack angle allows the cutting edge to be optimized for everything from heavy snow to slush, while adjustable extension springs can be tuned to match snow conditions and help the blade give way when encountering hidden obstacles.

Trip Options

Four adjustable extension trip springs allow the blade to tilt forward when encountering an obstacle. Spring tension can be manually adjusted to match varying snow conditions and operating requirements.

Moldboard Options

An adjustable moldboard attack angle of 10°, 15°, or 20° allows operators to optimize cutting-edge performance for varying snow conditions, from heavy snow to slush.

The Straight Blade snowplow offers specialized end profiles to improve snow management and protect property.

The mailbox trim features a cut-out on the left, right, or both ends of the moldboard, ensuring that when the plow is angled toward the trimmed side, the top end of the moldboard does not extend beyond the plow’s clearing path. This design protects mailboxes and other roadside obstacles from being struck while also enhancing visibility when the plow is angled (image 1).

The mouse ear/flared end option adds extensions - or “ears”- to the left, right, or both ends of the moldboard, improving snow casting performance. Mous ear available only on C/Deep-C Style plows (image 2).

The Straight Blade plow supports a variety of push frame designs, including the standard reversible frame, the 5" heavy-duty tube frame, the fixed angle frame, and the parallel lift frame, allowing operators to select the configuration best suited to their vehicle and operational needs.

Variant-specific push frame options:

• J-Style: Municipal-style push frame available
• EXT Plow: Dedicated push frame design unique to the Extension Spring configuration

Multiple lift configurations are available, including level lift, chain lift, cable lift, sling lift, and more options. Allowing operators to choose the system best suited to their vehicle and operational requirements.
