Choose from Peterbilt, Isuzu, Mack, Autocar, Battle Motors, Freightliner, or International chassis, available in single axle, single axle with lift axle, tandem axle, or tandem axle with lift axle configurations. Chassis are available with gas, diesel, or CNG fuel options to match your operational and environmental requirements. Each chassis is engineered to meet the specific needs of the striping machine, and dual steer options are available for enhanced maneuverability.
MB chassis solutions are highly customizable, allowing each unit to be configured based on your operational needs, local regulations, and preferred platform layout.

Designed with operator access and functionality in mind – Multiple access ladders provide safe and convenient access to the platform. The system can be configured with rear- or mid-mount carriages featuring auto-lock stowage for smooth and efficient operation.

Heated material tanks maintain optimal temperature, supported by a precise thermostatically controlled heating system. Heavy-duty carriages accommodate gun mounts for air jets, epoxy applicator guns, and glass guns, providing consistent, reliable application.

Material is precisely heated in separate Part A and Part B tanks, then delivered to the dispensing system via a two-chambered pump at an exact ratio. The material is delivered to the guns, where it is precisely combined either in a static mix tube or at the tip under pressure (direct tip impingement). Flush systems for static mix and air purge for impingement systems ensure reliable operation and easy maintenance.

Hydraulic driven 125 cfm air compressor provides reliable airflow for operation of epoxy application systems.

A wide range of configurable options allows each Epoxy to be tailored to operational needs:

• Guidance systems: rear-view camera (optional DVR), line guidance camera with outriggers and monitor, hydraulic pointer, driver/ operator lasers, optical sight
• Communications: wireless or hardwired headsets
• Controls & data logging: Skipline controllers, handheld remotes, joysticks, Limntech automated operator systems, data reporting
• Line application guidance: hydraulic or steer-by-wire steering, joysticks, Limntech systems
• Gun height adjuster for precise control of paint application precision
• Operator stations: No cover, open canopy, climate-controlled enclosure (square cab, hi-vis cab, bay window cab - all with or without bubble windows and choices of sliding or swinging doors) with or without ROPs system
• Lighting: night lighting, strobes, message/arrow boards
• Multiple bead systems
• Air jets to clear debris
• One, two, or three-color paint systems
• Mid-mount or rear-mount carriages, single or dual wheel, standard or aircraft wheels

Custom designs are available for stencil marking use, with additional safety lighting, night lighting, and toolboxes.
