Handling Characteristics
Drive System
The newly developed, electronically controlled hydrostatic drive system ensures significantly smoother, more efficient, and more comfortable driving performance. Traditional gear shifting is no longer necessary—the vehicle is driven continuously via the electronic hydrostatic system.
A large hydraulic motor delivers high torque across the entire speed range. This keeps the traction force consistently high—even under varying load conditions and on challenging terrain.
Integrated wheel-hub final drives ensure direct power transmission and greater ground clearance. During transport trips, a reduction in engine speed significantly lowers fuel consumption and noise levels. The result: smooth operation, high traction, and efficiency—even at 40 km/h with just 1,800 min⁻¹.
Steering
During operation, you can flexibly switch between front-wheel steering (a), rear-wheel steering (b), all-wheel steering (c), and crab steering (d). This allows the machine to be optimally adapted to the work situation at any time. At speeds of 25 km/h or higher, the system automatically switches to front-wheel steering, ensuring stable handling on the road.

Terrain Adaptation & Stability
The front axle can pivot 15° relative to the rear axle, allowing it to adapt optimally to uneven terrain. This ensures constant ground contact and allows attachments to be guided smoothly and precisely.
A balanced weight distribution across all four wheels further ensures high traction and stable handling.
Braking System
The new braking system, featuring internal wet multi-disc brakes, ensures consistent braking performance with minimal wear. The enclosed design provides reliable protection against dirt and significantly extends service life. Automatic activation of the parking brake when the vehicle is stationary further enhances operational safety in daily use.
Differential Locks
Front and rear differential locks, as well as all-wheel drive, are standard features and can be engaged individually as needed. This ensures maximum traction even under difficult conditions on slopes and on loose surfaces.
PTO Transmission
The newly developed PTO transmission offers a wide range of speeds and ensures maximum flexibility when using a wide variety of implements.
- Front PTO: 540 rpm (standard) and 1,000 rpm (optional)
- Rear PTO: 540 / 750 rpm
The wet, maintenance-free multi-disc clutch is designed for high load capacity, smooth operation, and a long service life. The electro-hydraulic engagement is conveniently controlled via the keypad and enables precise operation during daily work. Optionally, an auxiliary hydraulic pump (45 l/min) can be powered by the PTO.
Hydraulics
Front and Rear Hydraulics
The hydraulic system is designed for maximum flexibility. The main control block supplies up to three hydraulic ports at the front and rear. All double-acting ports can be controlled independently and feature a float position.
A motor-valve hydraulic system with a separate gear pump and a flow rate of 45 l/min at 2,700 l/min is available as an option.
Front and Rear Lifts
The new front lift system offers significantly more power and noticeably expands the range of applications. With up to 30% more lifting capacity and a lifting force of 1,700 kg, even larger implements can be operated safely and efficiently. Category I and II implements can be used flexibly. A parallel-guided side shift of up to 250 mm per side further ensures maximum flexibility on slopes and in edge areas.
The rear lift is designed for heavy-duty applications and now also achieves a lifting capacity of 1,700 kg (+40%). The robust design is supported by two hydraulic cylinders, ensuring optimal guidance and stability. The height-adjustable hitch allows for versatile applications with minimal setup effort in everyday use.
Hydraulic Load Relief
The integrated relief function allows the ground pressure to be individually adjusted so that implements are guided evenly across the ground. In combination with the damped implement suspension, shocks are significantly reduced and ride comfort is noticeably improved. The result is smooth operation, less strain on the operator and the machine, and consistently clean results.
Vibration Damping
The vibration damping of the front—and, optionally, the rear—hydraulic systems reduces vibrations and shocks transmitted to the machine by attachments. This ensures smooth, controlled handling even under heavy loads, improves safety during daily use, and protects the machine.

Automated Workflows
Automated workflows (headland management) combine recurring functions into intelligent processes. Typical steps can be linked together and are partially automated.
For example, during mowing operations, after the front lift is raised (a), the machine can automatically activate all-wheel steering for the headland turn and simultaneously raise the rear conditioner (b). When the front lift is lowered again (c), the front steering automatically disengages and the rear implement lowers again (d).
These linkages can be freely programmed to occur simultaneously or with a time delay. This reduces the need for manual intervention, simplifies turning maneuvers, and ensures a smooth, efficient workflow during daily use.

Workplace
The operator's station in the Aebi TT 207 / TT 212 has been completely redesigned and is consistently geared toward ergonomics, visibility, and intuitive operation. The design is tailored to the new generation of Aebi vehicles and follows the concept of the Aebi TP 470 Vario and the Aebi TT 242 / TT 282.
Cockpit
The cockpit features an optimized cab geometry with generous glass surfaces and minimal obstructions to visibility. This provides excellent all-around visibility of the work area as well as front and rear attachments. The newly developed climate control system, with optimized air distribution throughout the cab, ensures additional comfort. The air is directed precisely, ensuring a consistent and comfortable cabin climate in both summer and winter.
Decoupled Cab Structure
The cab and radiator structure are decoupled from one another, which significantly reduces vibrations and noise. Ride comfort is noticeably improved, and driver fatigue during long shifts is reduced.
Control Concept
The new operating concept is based on a 12-inch touchscreen display that serves as the central control unit. It is complemented by two ergonomically positioned control keypads and the Aebi drive lever integrated into the armrest. The system logic is identical to that of the new Aebi platform. This ensures a quick learning curve and intuitive operation across different vehicle classes.
Comfort Seat & Swivel Mechanism
The comfort seat is designed for long workdays and offers a wide range of adjustment options for an ergonomic sitting position. When combined with the swivel mechanism, the workstation can be optimally aligned with the direction of work.
Cooling System & Reversible Fan
The new cooling system with a hydraulic fan drive keeps temperatures stable even under sustained heavy loads. An optional automatic reversing fan cleans the cooling system at regular intervals. This reduces maintenance requirements and increases operational reliability.

Lighting
The modern lighting system provides even, powerful illumination across the entire work area. The machine remains safe and efficient to operate even in the dark. The clear illumination supports precise work and enhances safety during daily use.
Tires
Various tire options are available for the Aebi TT 207 / TT 212 to suit different operating conditions. The compact tires enhance maneuverability and enable a small turning radius of just 3,225 mm.
The optional large tires improve traction, driving safety, and ground protection on slopes. Dual tires can be installed for additional traction. Quick-release fasteners make installation easier.
The following options are available:
- 31x15.50-15 Terra
- 31x15.50 R15 AS
- 33x15.50-15 Terra
- 33x15.50 R15 AS
- 400/50 R15 Lawn

Soil Conservation
The wide low-pressure tires, along with the option to install dual tires on both the front and rear, provide a large contact area. Combined with the low curb weight of the Aebi TT 207 / TT 212, this results in very low ground pressure. This protects the turf and minimizes soil compaction.
