From all-weather rotary brooms to plows, MB attachments help contractors, landscapers, and municipalities get more from the equipment they rely on. These products transform trucks, tractors and skid steers into multi-tasking machines, making single-season equipment a thing of the past.

Adapting to Rising Volume
Over the past 12 to 24 months, the Attachments Division has seen steady, consistent increase across every product line. From municipal fleets to airports and contractors, customers are relying on MB equipment more than ever, pushing operations to new limits.
As that momentum continued, it became clear the team was running at full capacity. Production schedules tightened and lead times stretched. Employees stepped up, cross-training across roles and collaborating between divisions to keep orders moving.
Despite the team’s relentless effort, order entry showed no signs of slowing down.
A Strategic Step Forward
To meet the needs of the market head-on, MB made a pivotal decision: launch a third shift at the New Holstein - Attachments Facility, set to begin May 31, 2026.
With the addition of a third shift, production capacity is expected to grow by approximately 20–30%, helping reduce lead times from five months down to a targeted 1–1.5 months. It will also allow teams to move more efficiently through key bottlenecks and bring greater consistency to daily operations.
The expansion gives our team the space to do what they do best. Creating a more balanced and consistent pace that supports a strong, healthy work environment focused on quality, safety, and craftsmanship.

Investing in People and Building Community
The expansion brings new opportunities to the New Holstein community. MB is hiring for a range of new positions, including welders, painters, and assemblers. While the need for experienced candidates is high, the company is equally committed to training individuals with the right background and mindset.
Through participation in the local Youth Apprenticeship program, MB is helping build the next generation of skilled workers while strengthening ties to the surrounding community.
Internally, a third shift creates pathways for career advancement across a diverse range of product lines and roles.

Strengthening the Future
This expansion signals more than just increased production, it reflects confidence in the future. Success means maintaining momentum, sustaining safety and quality standards while aligning lead times with industry expectations.
In New Holstein, the future is taking shape, one shift at a time. We grow together, learn together, and succeed together.
