The MCV spreader can be configured with sloped front designs ranging from 1 to 3 feet, and with dog house options in 50- or 56-inch sizes as needed for different dump body applications. Front-end designs accommodate dump body hoists, providing the necessary clearance during operation. This flexibility allows operators to optimize material flow and fit the spreader to various truck body styles.

Available in 4 to 12 cubic yard capacities, the MCV offers both conveyor and auger systems to ensure consistent, controlled material flow. Whether spreading salt, sand, or a combination, the flexible configuration allows operators to match the system to specific application needs.

Equipped with an 18-inch spreading disc available in mild steel, stainless steel, or poly, the MCV delivers precise and adaptable material distribution. The bolt-on, tip-up spinner design supports various configurations — including standard, twin, Y-chute, and directable setups — with both left-hand and right-hand discharge options for maximum flexibility on the road.

Pre-wetting involves spraying a de-icing solution onto the granular material as it is dispensed from the spreader. This process helps the material adhere more effectively to the road surface and accelerates the melting of snow and ice.

Available pre-wet pump sizes include 4 and 7 GPM to meet varying operational needs.

Anti-Icing is a pretreating method used to prevent ice from forming on the surfaces of the roadway. It involved applying a chemical solution to the surface before a storm event to create a barrier that prevents ice from bonding to the surface.

Available anti-ice pump sizes include 210 GPM, with 1-, 2-, and 3-lane spray bar options to match a variety of operational needs.

Tank capacities are available from 75-1300 gallons, providing flexible options to meet various material and route demands.
