Aebi Launches the New Terratrac TT 212

To mark the 50th anniversary of the Terratrac, Aebi is unveiling the new TT 212. This model succeeds the tried-and-tested TT 211+ and marks an important step forward in the history of the small Terratrac series. The development of this new model focused on three key objectives: greater performance, enhanced comfort and even greater safety.

With the TT 212, Aebi is opening a new chapter in Terratrac history. The completely redesigned vehicle platform combines greater power reserves with noticeably improved ride comfort. New axles, an innovative suspension system for the engine and cab, and robust braking technology ensure smooth handling, high load-bearing capacity, and maximum reliability—even under demanding operating conditions.

At the same time, the TT 212 expands the range of applications in daily work. Higher lifting capacities at the front and rear, along with greater lateral travel of the front hydraulics, provide more flexibility when using various attachments.

New Drive Train for Greater Traction and Ride Comfort

With the TT 212, Aebi is introducing a completely newly developed drive system. It does away with the previous group shifting and offers smooth power delivery as well as high traction even at low engine speeds.

This is immediately noticeable in operation: The machine runs more smoothly, operates more comfortably, and delivers its power more responsively. At the same time, the new generation of drivetrains reduces noise levels and lowers fuel consumption. Thus, the TT 212 combines high efficiency with powerful and precise power transmission—even in challenging terrain.

Greater comfort. Intuitive operation.

The TT 212 also takes a significant step forward in terms of the operator’s workstation. The control concept from the large Aebi Terratrac and Transporter models is now making its way into this performance class. A spacious 12-inch touchscreen, ergonomically arranged controls, and the Aebi drive lever integrated into the armrest create a modern and intuitive machine control system.

But greater comfort isn’t just about the controls. The fully isolated mounting of the engine, chassis, and cab noticeably reduces vibrations and noise. Combined with the new radiator and fan design, this creates a quieter work environment that makes the operator’s daily tasks easier.

The cab climate has also been further refined. The new climate control system, with optimized airflow, distributes the temperature evenly and creates a pleasant working environment—even on long workdays.

Production to Begin Later This Year
