Monroe ServicePRO XP Sets a New Standard

Monroe Truck Equipment is proud to introduce the Monroe ServicePRO XP, the newest evolution in extreme-duty service bodies. Built for crews who operate in the harshest conditions and demand performance under the heaviest upfits and toughest roads, the ServicePRO XP delivers uncompromising strength, long-term durability, and superior protection job after job, mile after mile.

XP stands for Extreme Protection, and this service body truly earns its name. As Juan Heredia, Program and Product Manager for Aebi Schmidt, explains, “The Monroe ServicePRO XP is truly the best of all our offerings. We identified the strongest qualities from our Monroe, Duramag, and Royal body lines and brought them together to create a premium service body. By leveraging the strengths of all our facilities and engineering teams, we’ve built an exceptional vehicle. It’s going to be a big part of our future, and we’ve worked hard to offer it at a reasonable cost.”

Engineered for Extreme Conditions

The Advanced XP Service Body is built with a precision-fit design that eliminates corrosion traps and seals out the elements. Every detail is engineered to protect your investment and extend service life in real-world conditions.

Weather Tight by Design

  • Precision-fit construction minimizes moisture intrusion and corrosion risk
  • Concealed, flush-mounted hinges improve security and durability
  • ArmorGloss™ coating provides automotive-grade protection, validated through 1,000 hours of cyclical salt spray testing

The result is a service body that stands up to harsh weather, road salt, and long-term exposure without compromising performance or appearance.

Service Ready for Serious Work

The ServicePRO XP is built to handle extreme duty upfits and demanding job sites.

  • HUCK® Lock Bolt® vibration-proof fasteners create permanent, vibration-proof joints with exceptional clamp force and fatigue strength, often outperforming traditional welded joints.
  • High-capacity construction supports heavy equipment and accessories
  • Fortress™ 5-point security system provides multi-point protection for every compartment

This is a body designed to work as hard as your crew does.

Endless storage, designed for your crew. The secure, reliable, and spacious compartments of the ServicePRO XP provide the organization your team needs to work faster, smarter, and keep every tool exactly where it belongs.

Proven Durability You Can Rely On

Tested at the Navistar Proving Grounds, our products are built to handle the toughest conditions. From structural stress to harsh winter environments, every component is engineered for long-term performance. Rigorous testing ensures reliability, safety, and corrosion resistance for years of real-world use.

Our XP design was subjected to and successfully withstood the following:

  • On-vehicle testing equivalent to 250,000 miles fully loaded, with zero structural failures
  • 305 hours of vibration and fatigue testing with no damage
  • SAE J2334 cyclic salt spray testing with zero rust formation on coated surfaces and no blistering or peeling
  • Seven years of simulated real-world road and weather performance

Superior Materials with Modular HUCK Lock Bolt Design

At the core of the ServicePRO XP is a Modular HUCK Lock Bolt Assembly, delivering unmatched strength and consistency.

  • Permanent swaged collar bond
  • Superior shear and tensile strength compared to traditional bolts
  • Vibration-proof performance
  • Geomet® 321 coating for enhanced corrosion resistance
  • Uniform clamp load for long-term reliability
  • Flexible under stress—unlike welds that can crack over time

Every connection is rigorously validated for maximum durability.
