With capacities ranging from 7 to 16 cubic yards, the FFDS offers ample volume for long routes without frequent refilling. Both conveyor and auger systems are available, allowing operators to achieve consistent and precise material flow tailored to different spreading requirements. The system also provides the flexibility to discharge material from either the front or rear of the body.

The FFDS is engineered with durability and ease of use in mind. Its 1/4-inch longitudinals provide a strong structural base, while 4-bolt flange relubeable bearings support smooth and reliable operation. A 6:1 worm drive gearbox ensures consistent material delivery, and the self-locking screw jack enables quick and secure rear door adjustment for safe, efficient handling.

The FFDS supports multiple spreading options to match diverse applications. A spreading disc provides accurate and even coverage, while an under tailgate auger spreader ensures controlled delivery. A cross conveyor option adds flexibility for effective distribution across varying road widths.
