Compact design and new, patented implement drive

Aebi will be presenting the completely new large Combicut series for the first time at Agrialp in Bolzano (20 - 23 November 2025). The CC 151, CC 161 and CC 181 models have been redesigned and are geared towards efficient work in agriculture and municipal applications. New Aebi Combicut | Aebi Schmidt Group

The Aebi Schmidt Group has recently taken significant steps to further expand its market position. In November 2024, the acquisition of LADOG Fahrzeugbau und Vertriebs-GmbH was announced, expanding the product portfolio, particularly in the area of narrow-track municipal vehicles.

In addition, the merger with the US-based The Shyft Group was successfully completed in July 2025. The new, combined company is listed under the name Aebi Schmidt Group and the Nasdaq symbol "AEBI".
