Eligibility to participate
Natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. Employees of companies belonging to the Aebi Schmidt Group and their relatives are excluded from participation.
Participants must provide a valid home address.
Participation and participation period
The applicable conditions of participation and the participation period are specified on the stories / posts. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
The organizer reserves the right to change the respective conditions of participation at any time without separate notification.
By participating, the participant agrees to the respective conditions of participation in full.
Selection of winners
The winners will be selected at random from the eligible participants.
The selection will take place three days after publication of the competition and the winners will be contacted on the fourth day.
Prizes
Details of the prizes are listed in the competition announcement.
Notification of winners
Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram/Facebook within 4 days of selection.
If a winner does not respond within 3 days, the claim to the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be selected.
Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of the competition and will not be passed on to third parties.
Participants agree to the use of their name and image for the announcement of the winner. They are also hereby informed of their right to information, rectification, surrender or revocation, right of objection and right of deletion. By participating, the participant also consents to the personal data provided by him/her being collected, processed and stored on behalf of the organizer for the purpose of running the competition. The provisions of the privacy policy apply to this data collection, data processing and data storage as well as the rights of the data subjects.
The participant's data will be deleted 30 days after the competition.
Disqualification
Entries that violate the conditions of participation will be disqualified.
Inappropriate or offensive entries will not be considered.
Amendments and cancellation
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the competition or to cancel it in the event of circumstances that jeopardize the integrity of the competition. Participants will be notified of any changes.
Legal matters
Legal recourse is excluded. Cash payment of the prize is not possible. Claims for payment or a substitute prize are excluded.
The prize cannot be transferred or assigned to other persons.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are eligible to participate in accordance with local laws.
Aebi Schmidt accepts no liability for loss of data, in particular in the course of data transmission, and other technical defects.
The exclusive applicable law is Swiss law.
Exemption of the platform
The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram/Facebook.
