In April 2007 the shareholders of the Aebi Group (Burgdorf, CH) and the shareholders of the Schmidt Group (St. Blasien, DE) agreed to merge their companies. Majority shareholder of this new Group is Peter Spuhler. The merger has brought together two strong companies.

Today the Aebi Schmidt Group manufactures outstanding, world-wide-distributed agricultural, municipal and special equipment.
