The operational management of the Group is the responsibility of the Executive Board.

The corporate structure comprises 3 Divisions:

Walter T. Vogel

(CEO)

Walter T. Vogel was head of Von Roll Infratec Holding AG, before being appointed as CEO of Von Roll Holding AG in 2003. Previously, he was the Head of Marketing and Sales for Ascom und Aliva AG (a subsidiary of SIKA), as well as head of HILTI's Direct Fastening Business Unit. A Swiss Federal Institute of Technology qualified mechanical engineer with additional business management training at the universities of St. Gallen (HSG) and INSEAD at Fontainebleau, he has vast experience and solid market knowledge of numerous industrial and technological sectors.

Walter T. Vogel became CEO of Aebi Schmidt Holding AG in September 2007.

Walter T. Vogel, born in 1957, is married with two daughters. When time allows, he likes to be above the clouds in his hot-air balloon. He is a member of the board in the publicly listed companies, Kardex and Schlatter and also chairman of the board of Stadler Stahlguss AG.

Stephan Naef

(CFO)

Stephan Naef studied economics at the University of Zurich and graduated in 1990 as lic. oec. publ. He was able to gain his first professional experience as Internal Auditor with Alusuiss Lonza and as a consultant with Hyperion Deutschland GmbH. He gained further work experience as Controller with the trade group Siber Hegner and as a Member of the Executive Committee in his function as Head of Finance and Controlling with Danzas Schweiz. Following a period with DHL as a member of a project management team responsible for a SAP implementation project, his final position was as Head of Finance for DHL's activities in Switzerland. From 2006 he was Head of Finance and a Member of the Executive Committee with Von Roll.

Since January 2008 as Head of Finance for Aebi Schmidt, he is responsible for the areas Controlling, Accounting, Treasury and Information Technology.

Stephan Naef, born 1962, is married and father of four children. In his leisure time he likes to ski or trek in central Switzerland. He holds a Board of Directors mandate with the Andermatt Gotthard Sportbahnen AG and is additionally a Member of the Municipal Council in his hometown.

Walter Schmitz

(Division Management Sales & Service)

In 1981 Walter Schmitz who was born in Cologne joined the BOSCH Group. There he held several managerial positions in sales and marketing. In his last position he was the head of the marketing division of BOSCH Telecom, responsible for private networks. After the spin-off of the private networks division in April 2000, Walter Schmitz was made a director responsible for marketing. In October of the same year Walter Schmitz with a degree in business economics became a member of the board of directors of the SICK Group, responsible for worldwide marketing and sales.

Walter Schmitz has been a managing director of Schmidt Holding GmbH since November 2002. He is responsible for the areas sales, marketing, customer service and spare parts. Since end of year 2007 he assumes this responsibility for the Aebi Schmidt Group also.

Walter Schmitz, born in 1953, is married with two daughters. In his spare time he likes to go skiing.

Jochen Schneider

(Division Management Schmidt)

Jochen Schneider studied economics at the Technische Hochschule Darmstadt. After completing his studies, the certified industrial engineer (MBA) held various international executive functions. From September 2004 to February 2011, he was in charge of the technical management of Faun Umwelttechnik GmbH & Co KG within the Kirchhoff Group as CTO and additionally took over the worldwide management of Faun Trackway as CEO in 2008; from March 2011, he was responsible for the establishment of the North American market as the CEO of Faun North America.

In April 2012, Jochen Schneider was appointed as the manager of the Schmidt Division within the Aebi Schmidt Group. In this capacity, he is responsible for the production at the locations of St. Blasien (D), Holten (NL), Kielce (PL) and Hochdorf (CH) as well as for the central departments of product management, development, purchase, logistics, human resource and quality management.

Jochen Schneider, born 1962, is married and father of 3 children. He spends his spare time skiing or riding his motorbike.

Marco Studer

(Division Management Aebi)

Marco Studer, who holds a degree in automobile engineering from the University of Applied Science and an MBA from the University of St. Gallen, joined the Aebi Schmidt Group in August 2008 as Head of Assembly in the Aebi Division. During the previous eight years, Mr Studer held various management positions in the commercial vehicles division of Mercedes Benz.

Marco Studer has taken over the operative management of the Aebi & Co. AG Maschinenfabrik as Chief Operating Officer since 1 January 2010. Within this function he is responsible for the areas production, product management, development, purchasing, logistics, human resources and quality management.

Marco Studer, born 1976, is married and father of 2 daughters. He spends his spare time sportive in playing handball and skiing.
